Walfre has 35 years of experience in regional real estate, selling to and on behalf of Americans and Canadians since the very beginning. Walfre started his real estate career working with El Cid Real Estate, when the master planned resort first began to sell property.

Since then, Walfre has participated in the development of the Marina area, large Mexican affordable housing projects, and in the establishment of international franchises such as Blockbusters and McDonalds.

Walfre has also been very involved in the community of Mazatlan throughout his career. Most notably, he was elected president of the local chamber of commerce on two different occasions and was president of the Mazatlan - Seattle Sister Cities Association from 1999 to 2003.

Walfre is currently Vice-President Tourism of the National Chamber of Commerce, Mexico; Member of the Board of Directors of the Mexico Tourism Council; He is a National Housing Commissioner of the leading government housing programme comprised of public and private initiative; member of the association of independent developers and real estate professionals of Mazatlan; AMPI; and is on the round table committee of tourism for the national Reforma newspaper.

carol sinclair

Carol is a Canadian citizen originally from Vancouver. Her experience in local real estate dates back to 1979 with the purchase of a lot at the El Cid Golf Course and has worked in real estate sales since 1986 giving Carol a unique perspective of the local market and the Mexican real estate purchasing process.

As well as providing real estate services, Carol has been involved in the community as columnist for the Pacific Pearl, a member of Mazatlan's Humane Society (Amigos de Los Animales), an active member of the El Cid Golf and Country Club, and also oversaw the management of the local Chamber of Commerce Day Care Center with a staff of 30 employees and over 100 children for three years.

Carol speaks and writes fluent English and Spanish and has acted as an interpreter in legal proceedings.

nancy dietrich

Like many of her clients, Nancy searched México for a place to retire. When she reached Mazatlan over seven years ago, she knew she was home.

Being a former Canadian financial executive, Nancy saw the wonderful potential for property investment in Mazatlan. As an agent for Walfre Real Estate, Nancy uses her professional background to seek out the best investment opportunities for her clients to match their preferred lifestyles.

Nancy is an avid golfer and member of the El Cid Golf and Country Club.

Glenda Almanza has been a part of the Walfre Real Estate team since 1993. As office manager, Glenda has provided invaluable assistance to our staff and our clients. Glenda is the first point of contact with our clients over the phone, provides them with the highest level of customer service and to our visitors she always offers a smile.

On behalf of Walfre Real Estate, Marco has been involved in the development and construction of some of the largest affordable housing projects in the region. Most notably, he represented Walfre Real Estate in the development of 30 houses in Escuinapa, which is located approximately 35 minutes from Mazatlan.
